I'm starting sf properly tomorrow. I have just watched what I have ate today (needed to go shopping today) and was under 1200 calories, but really day 1 tomorrow. My weigh in day is a Sunday, I don't have scales in the house (I would never be off them) so weigh myself at the gym. I've got 23lbs to loose, I stopped smoking in March and my eating habits have just got out of control. I've done ww before so counting calories is going to be abit different for me but looking forward to learning the calories in foods.
