Hi does anyone know the syn value of the new liberate yogurts, the ones with muesli etc in?
the one I havens called liberte seeds with mixed fruit. I'm presuming it won't be free due to seeds etc but will have a smart syn value to it. If someone could work it out for me I would be very grateful (I did used to be an online member but cancelled my membership a year after hitting goal as you sill paid even though being at target and therefore don't have access to the calculator, I feel terrible asking paying members to work it out for me so I don't try and make a habit out it!). Anyway the nutritional values are
energy 152kcal
fat 2.2. Sat fat. 0.3
carbs 20.2
fibre 0.8
protein 11.3
that info is for 140g which the pot size is.
