Lidl Dundalgan Irish Country Cream Liqueur (i.e. The Lidl Baileys!)

Hi guys,

Anyone know how many syns in a 50ml glass of this? It tastes just as lovely as Baileys and is only £4 a bottle. This is my favourite treat for this time of year and I wondered if anyone knew how many syns there were in a glass?

Cant find it exactly but 25ml of Baileys is 4 syns. So would count 8 syns for 50ml. Enjoy!!!

I wonder if I put the nutritional info up later someone could put it into the calculator for me instead just in case there's a major difference?!

If it is 4 syns for a small glass I will be happy with that for a little treat!

Mind you 25ml would be a very small glass wouldn't it! I could top it up with my hexa milk. I often just eat a piece of cheese just for the sake of it to have a hexa!
