Lidl Sol & Mar Paella syn value

Does anyone have any idea what syn value Lidl frozen Paella is, I've got a couple of bags in the freezer and they're quite nice and really quick if you're in a rush. I have in the past added some fresh veg and king prawns just to spruce it up. I would guess it's not too bad but I don't want to dive in until I know

It's not on syns online. Without the nutritional value we can't be specific but morrisons do a froZen bag of paella and its 7.5 syns the whole bag. Could that be similar? Spanish style in a 400g bag

for future ref though there is a thread for syn queries. It saves the mods having to tidy the main thread and ensures it won't be lost as this moves so fast!
