Lidl wheat crisp bread - healthy extra?

Does anyone know whether the Lidl wheat cresp breads can be used as a Hex? If so, how many?

I don't know the answer I'm afraid but I'm hoping they can be as they are so much cheaper than the ryvita ones.

The website lists 3 Lidl Grafschafter Sesame Crispbreads as a HEX B
