Lidls butter flavour popcorn syns?

Hey everyone...I'd like a treat tonight while I watch some movies so checked in the cupboard and I have microwave butter popcorn from Lidls,..love it!

Nutritional value is below..can anyone help me out on the syn values? Hoping I can have a small bowl of it ) thanks for any help xx

I know popcorn is quite high. I was shocked once when i treated myself to popcorn a small one at the cinema. I weighed it on the sweety scaled and got home and discovered i'd consumed 66 syns! It was only a small portion. I know that most popcorns non flavoured are 5 1/2 for 28g sweet is 6/12 and salt is 6. if its been popped in any type of fat it goes up to 8 1/5 syns per 28g
