Lidl's egg waffles

I bought these today cos they are 32% egg, I thought they couldn't be too high in syns, surely! Any ideas how many syns anyone? There are 12 in a 250g pack. Nutritional info: 100g is 432 cal, 8g protein, 46g carbs, 24g fat.

well I plugged this into the calculator. i wasn't too hopeful considering they are one quarter fat but it said:

45 syns for the 250g packet so between 12 that would be 4 syns each.

Depends if you think they are worth it as I'm not even sure what they are

Thanks for that, Circes. That's not too bad, actually. May treat myself to one! (They're just square shaped waffles, with square holes that you would toast and spread something yummy on.) xx
