    Hi everyone!

I've heard that lifting weights can help to speed up reaching ketosis.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I normally do half an hour on the exercise bike 5 times a week and a bit of free weights (3 sets of 12 reps - shoulder lifts and concentrated bicep curls) about 3 times a week.

I get put off the idea of exercising while on CD because it makes me hungrier but surely if it gets me into ketosis quicker I won't really get hungry. Is that right?

Last time I did CD I did the 810 plan so I was hungry all the time as I was sometimes in ketosis and most of the time probably not.

I'm on SS+ this time (4 CD shakes a day). This is my 2nd day. I didn't do my usual exercise yesterday for fear of increasing the hunger levels but now I've heard about exercising helping get you into ketosis I'm tempted to do it.

Any ideas? Any past experiences of this?

    Thanks guys!
