Lighter life magazine

Now I expect most of you know about this one, but I can't find a thread on it. Tesco's used to sell the magazine, but last year it didn't. Today I went into WHSmiths and there it is once more! I used to love reading it when I was doing LT, now on CD and it's great to see it back. I'm sure it's OK for all VLCD and it has lo carb recipes and some CBT plus lots of other girlie things. They even do a section for men sometimes.

My Tesco are still selling the LL magazine

It isn't worth the money that they charge for it.

The CD Magazine Inspirations is far better - next one due out 11th February

You would need to order one from your CDC.

This issue has the photos from the CD Slimmer of the Year competition etc
