Hi, I have been sticking to CD, on 3 sachets a day, and now in week 6, and for the past 12 days I have not lost anything! I weigh on my own, accurate scales at the same time each morning, and they match the CDC's scales too. I'm drinking loads of weak black coffee as my water, so with water too, about 4-5 L and do a bit of Bikram yoga! I can't understand why it's been static for nearly 2 weeks!
any other thoughts anyone?
