Well, you'll have to decide what your priorities are Rich... for now, and for your life...
You can go out and drink and eat, if that's what is most important to you. You decide your own destiny, it's in your control.
It IS hard at the weekends, of course it is. You're abstinent from food and drink... what could be harder?! But, you're on a diet, it's going to be hard. If it was easy, everyone would do it, and succeed.
Use your self control, your willpower, your desire to be a slimmer you in a few months... and avoid situations where you think you'll go off plan... Or, embrace them as challenges, go out, socialise, stick to water, and beat the things which made us overweight to start with!
It's empowering, but difficult... manage it, and you'll be the new slim you, for ever! If now isn't the time, then when? Don't kid yourself that you'll stick to it another time, because that's not how it works. You're here now, and so do it. Just stick to the packs and water hun... simple recipe, great results...
