many thanks what happens after the 14 weeks if you still have a lot of weight to lose do you carry on with the foodpacks.

After the first 14 weeks, known as "foundation" you either go to"rtm" if you are ready to go back to food, or continue on abstinance in "developers".

youve made a great decision, stick about and let us know how you get one. There are quite a few already posting on here that are due to start in jan so go on the jan starters thread. This is a great site and will help you through the good and bad times.
