Linda's D.I.Y Diet Diary

Well I am hoping that by joining up here and keeping track of my weight, then this will give me some incentive to shift these extra pounds.!

When pregnant with my little one I put on 5 stone and went from 9 up to 14, ave managed to shift around 3 stone so am down to just under 11..

I am not gona follow any special diet just eat healthy small portions and excercise...

So this is day one.. will report back every sunday wish me luck :eek:

I am gona start keeping a dail food log in here so i can see were i am going wrong...

Breakfast - cheerio's with skimmed milk
multivitmin tablet

Snack - Half orange, handful grapes

Lunch - Small bowl of tomato soup
Half a pot of ski yoghurt
Cup green tea

Dinner - Chopped Chicken, peppers, salad and salsa

snack - yoghurt and orange
