    I'm going to log on here what exercise I do... I am insisting that all of you kick my arse if this diary becomes neglected, I find it very easy to be a lazy mare!!!

    So far the scores are......

    Monday 25th Oct - swimming 30 mins, Wii 45 mins.

    Tuesday 26th Oct - gym induction 30 mins, CV workout 30 mins.

    Well done Lindsey keep it up....Im going to the gym at the moment and am actually enjoying it! And have been going for 7 weeks now... I'm wondering whats wrong with me! ;-)

    Wed 27th Oct - rest day... mostly due to arms aching after induction yesterday and boyfriend winging about not seeing me!!!

    I really need to get into Spin...all the classes are free at our gym, but when I see them all on the spin bikes I nearly faint! lol

    I was going to go tonight, but my legs are still aching from yesterday, so.....

    Friday 29th October - Rest day.

    But I'm going to go tomorrow. I'm on call tomorrow, so if I call court and there are no young people in the cells I'm going to go to the gym in the morning. If I have to work I'll go in the afternoon when I finish at court... watch this space, lol! x

    Oh my, you're so inspirational gym wise. This week I only went there once (what a shame, it's supposed to go 3 times a week). I think (I mean, I will) I'll go there in a few hours to do some cardio and weight train, hopefully look at this thread motivates me ;)

    I went there :D Seriouslly, reading this thread put enough shame on my face to go to the gym;) I did 1hour cardio and then I did some weght train. It was worth the effort!

    My gym don't open on a Sunday how RUDE lol.
    But spinning for me tomorrow evening can't wait.

    Plus it gives us inch loss too don't forget x

    I need the inch loss desperately... especially now I have thrown away all my big clothes, I have bought size 18 work trousers but they are a bit too tight around the waist, very baggy jumpers for a few weeks me thinks!!!

    I'm heading to the gym now, update soon... BYE!!! xxx
