Hey everyone I am Jo I started lipotrim today as I have just about had it with this fat body!!! Im bieng positive and telling myself its going to help I hope so Im 17 stone 7 never been that weight before and I am hoping for a great sucsess I want to be slim and happy any tips feel free to share and like wise I Wwill help anyone I can here hoping xxx:family2:

Great positive attitude! I'm sure you'll do well as that'll carry you through the first week, which is a bit difficult.

And, what a good name :) Welcome to the forum and to LT!

My biggest tip to you is to stay focussed and remember this isnt for ever...enjoy your time not having to worry about what to eat, weighing food, etc.

Next big tip; drink, drink, drink.

Have a great first week and jump on as often as you can!

welcome and best of luck on your first week. Try all the shakes and soup, you may like them all, which will be great for you. Drink the water as often as you can, sip don't glug - 2ltr to 4.5ltrs is recommended.
Come on here as often as you can, it really does help. And lastly, keep that positive attitude you have, it is the best thing you have on your side. Best of luck.

Hiya, You sound so positive and ready to do this, Im also Jo and i started yesterday, Im ok so far, was hungry last night but i got over it somehow and so far today im doing ok, Ive even taken the kids to McDonalds and had nothing but water (killer )...

I am getting hungry but will keep at it, im needing to lose 4 st so cant give in yet. I had the soup last night, it was ok but il have again tonight. I want to have the flapjack bars i think but cant get them until ive done 7 days on the shakes. So here goes !!!!!

Hi there! You CAN do this.. you may have some tough days but its nothing like the feling you get from your loose clothes and what it will say on the scales! You will also start to feel great in a few days..keep on drinking the water, keep positive and looking forward.
It wont be long before your feeling fantastic!
I didn't think i could do it but 6 weeks on and I feel so good!

if you stick at you will see great results, dont let people talk you out of it,by saying its not healthy, and you will put it all back on. I lost 2.5 stone on LT in eight weeks. I have been off LT now for approx eight weeks and been on holiday and a weekend away, I have still managed to lose another 8 pounds, with healthy eating and watching my carbs, so if you are determined you can do it. The more you have to lose the quicker it seems to come off, keep that positive attitude, good luck xx

I was 17st 3 just 3 months ago, and have lost 4 st. I have really struggled especially the first couple of weeks, but it does get easier amd with the massive weight loss that really keeps you going. You just have to stick in there and like someone said earlier-its not forever, that really helps. Good luck and keep posting to help u through the tough times
