On Saturday 15th January I started my programme.. I am 30 years old and weigh 17.4st. I want to loose 3st in 8 weeks and then 2st during maintenance..
My hope is as follows:
Start: 17.4
After wk1: 16.12
After wk2: 16.7
After wk3: 16.2
After wk4: 15.11
After wk5: 15.6
After wk6: 15.0
After wk7: 14.9
After wk8: 14.4
I will keep you posted on my achievements...
I have read that a lot of people say the chicken soup is horrible but I must say that I think it's really nice and tastes just like normal soup.. I have been splitting it into 2 and having a bowl at lunch and the dinner...
My only food cravings so far has been between 2pm and 6pm other than that, it has been ok so far... I know once I have completed one week then I will feel better about this tough lifestyle but I know it's all worth it...
Would be good to here from others on lipotrim and how they have/are getting on... Any tips with food... Have you been on it 100% of have you added melons or diet bars with this.. I have heard that some people turn to melons and some say it has impacted on weight loss while others have said it hasn't...
