Lipotrim & the contraceptive implant

im on my 3rd week of lipotrim & have come on a light period. im on the implant & have not had a period since it was inserted. am i now at risk of getting caught pregnant or will it still be working?? :/

Hey, I am not on the same diet as you but I used to have the implant (before it sent me a bit loopy) and I had a light period during the whole 8 months I had it in. I think you are still protected against pregnancy you were just lucky that your reaction was to stop your period.

Please do ask your dr though, they will probably be able to do a telephone consultation and it's better safe that sorry
