Borrowed my friend's size 16 dress for a wedding and it fits! This is wonderful after being a size 22+ - big grin ;)

Thanks Jennie! I had a fairly undeserved pound off this week. Friday is a wedding so I'm going to stick on plan as much as I can. Today is a green day as I really fancy home made pizza.

B- homemade potato cake (smash)
S- HiFi bars (hexb)
L - homemade pesto pasta/potato salad (1.5 syns), boiled egg and salad stuff
Raspberries & free yoghurt,
Tea - homemade pizza with lots of veg (rest of hexa/b on cheese) 5.5 syns

I don't east cheese so pizza can be a nightmare for me, lol but also a good thing as I never crave it lol.
 
Honestly cheese isn't usually a thing I fancy. When I get to goal I'm planning on not worrying about it as usual pattern is 'some' cheese 2/3x a week as my only dairy.

Have to say their suggested qty of pizza is pitiful so far...
 
Well I was having a good day as I managed to win a raffle prize (admittedly booze & chocolate). Then I stupidly bumped a car in a car park. Looks like cosmetic damage to both cars but there's is a mobility car so it may be an issue. Not happy.
 
Should put the car thing was fine in the end ;) However I weighed in today with a 2.5lb gain so time to start logging again!
 
My eats:
B - potato waffle & egg (1)
S - raspberries, plain & liberte yoghurt (1) fish sticks, fudge (5.5) gin (3.5) 2x HiFi hexb, crisps using potato/sweet potato skins
L - jacket potato, fat free cottage cheese, salad
T- roasted chicken drumsticks with Cajun seasoning, roasted sweet potato, butternut squash and normal potatoes

Total - 11 syns
My first on plan day for several weeks!

B - waffle & egg (1)
S - 2x HiFi bar (hexb), fudge (5.5) liberte yoghurt (1) loads of fruit
L- epic salad - pasta, chicken, sweet potato, cucumber, carrot, spring onion, radish with a tbsp of kraft honey & mustard light. (1)
T - Omelette with mushrooms, bacon, cheese (hexa) and waffle (1)

A fairly SF light tea but I feel it was balanced by lunch and was also much better than takeaway.

Going to have 2x gin & diet bitter lemon (5) and read my book. I'm knackered after a long day at work.

Total: 14.5

L - jacket potato, mushrooms, bacon, cheese (hexa), radishes, cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes, tbsp dressing (1)
S- HiFi bars (hexb), fruit
T - salmon, loads of salad (as above with carrot & leaves), v small qty reduced fat potato salad/coleslaw (2)
2 x Glass white wine (12)

Total: 16 after wine but OK as had some spare...

Well done 3 good days on plan. I do like to see that I'm not the only one that likes to pour some wine or a vodka after work. I was beginning to think I was the only person on here that drank! :party0036:

Another good day:
B- waffle & egg (1)

L - enormous salad (see yesterday) and salmon, also about 50g of mixed reduced coleslaw/potato salad (calling it 3 syns but a guess) had it straight after a run.
T - pasta salad - ff balsamic dressing, 65g Low fat mozzarella (hea), tomatoes, ham, other crunchy veg, pasta and basil.

2x glasses wine - 12 (finishing bottle)
Total - 16
 
I lost 3lbs this week, this is OK but I had hoped for MORE, only because I put on 2.5 last week.

I know, I should be pleased with what I achieved. It's black and white thinking that messes me up.

Anyway, my scales had suggested a bigger loss so I'll aim for the same again next week which would be a 'real' loss. The nice thing is my bmi is 32.8 down from 39.9 so I'm actually getting closer to the magic 30 number.
 
Think my syns for Tuesday was 16 or very close.

Today's my long crappy day at work. I have an enormous, salady lunch to eat. Tea is spicy mango chicken salad.
