Hey there. Have decided to do a diary to keep me on track hopefully. Little bit about me. I lost just under 4 stone with ww doing pro points. I got to goal in nov. Over Xmas I have gained according the my scales 8lbs which I'm horrified at so now I need to claw it back
Have been doing Bootcamp three times a week for the last year. Back tomorrow night after the Christmas break so looking forward to it and looking forward to shifting this 8lbs. Please join me and we can all inspire each other!!
