Hello all (or no one!),

I stalk these boards quite a lot and thought having a diary may keep me on track. The shame of posting off plan binges on here might be a deterrent! :)

I follow ww online, and over the summer lost about a stone and a half for my friend's wedding in November (I didn't want those photos to haunt me!).

After a holiday and Christmas I've put 8lbs back on, but I'm determined to lose it, and a bit more.

I'm 5ft 5 and currently 11st 7lbs. My first target is 10st 13lbs (the weight I was before the wedding) then 10st 7lbs which would be 2 stone off all together! After that I think I'll see how I feel!

I have a supportive family and boyfriend, although he is a bad influence and I find it hard to say no to take aways! I'm sure I can do it :D

Monday 16th January 2012

Breakfast: Nothing (I know, bad start!)

Lunch:
Onion Bagel - 6 pp
Philadelphia light mini tub - 1 pp
Walkers French Fries - 2 pp

Dinner:
Irn Bru Chicken and homemade chips
340g potatoes - 7pp
180g Chicken Breast - 6pp
Diet Irn Bru - 0 pp
3 tbsp Ketchup - 1pp
Chilli flakes - 0 pp
Fry light - lots of sprays 1 pp

Anytime:
Had a few of my friend's chips and a tiny bite of sausage - approx 2 pp

Total 26/29
Weeklies used 49/49 (I wi on a Friday and used them all at the weekend!)

Thanks Ladies :)

The Irn Bru chicken was really sweet - no more sweet than a sweet and sour though. I put quite a but of chilli in which seemed to counteract some of the sweetness. It was good for a change, but I'm not sure I'd make it again.

I was so hungry last night that I couldn't sleep. Managed to avoid a trip downstairs to the fridge though! I'm off to buy some fruit and veg today so that I have something I can eat in case of emergency ;)

Tuesday 17th January

Brunch:
Pineapple, grapes and melon - 0pp

2 extra light laughing cow cheese triangles - 1pp

Dinner:
Pretend spaghetti carbonara
120g Spaghetti - 12pp
3 extra light laughing cow triangles - 1pp
Honey roast ham - 1pp
Mushrooms - 0pp
Garlic purée - 1pp

Evening snack:
Home Made Butternut Squash soup - 2pp

Total 26/29
Weeklies used: 49/49

Might have a hot chocolate later if I fancy it :D
