Hello all (or no one!),
I stalk these boards quite a lot and thought having a diary may keep me on track. The shame of posting off plan binges on here might be a deterrent!
I follow ww online, and over the summer lost about a stone and a half for my friend's wedding in November (I didn't want those photos to haunt me!).
After a holiday and Christmas I've put 8lbs back on, but I'm determined to lose it, and a bit more.
I'm 5ft 5 and currently 11st 7lbs. My first target is 10st 13lbs (the weight I was before the wedding) then 10st 7lbs which would be 2 stone off all together! After that I think I'll see how I feel!
I have a supportive family and boyfriend, although he is a bad influence and I find it hard to say no to take aways! I'm sure I can do it
