List of pro points in foods & the calculator?

Is there anywhere I can find one?
I have found one online but its from the daily mail website where they did an article about the new plan.

Really wanting to start but would love a list of all the foods with their points so I can try and work out some sort of menu plan.

Also, the pro points calculator - what is this for?

The best thing would be to get the Pro Points calculator that would let you calculate the points in any food at all

The only way you'd get a list would be to buy the Shopping guide (if it's out yet) but you won't get a full definitive list free online anywhere
