Morning all
I'm just after a little inspiration. My class consultant is a lovely lady, always smiling and encouraging, funny (she should be on stage some weeks) and motivating. She sends out cards and rings members, even though she has her own struggles with her weight. I want to return the favour by doing her a little card with a few worldly wise mottos/sayings and I know a few of you have some on your sigs.
One of my favourites is 'Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels'
What are your favourites? (Can I borrow them?)

The weight didn't go on overnight, so don't expect to lose it overnight!

Also, one bad meal doesn't spoil weeks of hard work.
