Little question about the powder!

Hi, I'm Amy and I'm thinking about starting SF with the aim of losing a stone for Christmas.
I was just wondering about the powders...is it best to make it when you are going to drink it, or can you prepare it and leave it in the fridge like for work etc?

im not entirely sure about making them and then leaving them.. ive never done this... i always make them and then drink them...
if you are after something pre made, then i would personally go for the premade ones.... although they are more expensive :(.... but i do think they are nicer. so when im out i have the premade ones and then when im at home (and also have enough milk to make them lol) i make them from the powder (with ice added)

Yeah I saw them, I was just pricing them up. I only work two days a week so I suppose buying two pre made bottle isn't such a bad thing!
I've asked hubby to buy me a cross trainer for christmas- he has and I am using it, but I want to diet too.
I thought SF would be a good quick start, maybe a few months thing, but I need to get started first!
