    Breakfast - 2 pieces toast, 2 tsp butter = 4

    Lunch - Swede Mash, Cabbage and Carrot (should be 0 counted 2 points in cash the mash was buttered)

    Snacks
    Revels = 3.5
    Tomato Snaps = 1.5

    Dinner - 100g Quorn Pieces, onion, carrot and swede mash, gravy (4tsp powder), 2 pieces ww bread = 4.5
    Caramel Crunch Dessert = 3

    Total = 18.5/20 Points
    Not been left feeling hungry at all today :)
