Livz's Slim Fast Diary

Hello!

New to MiniMins but not Slimfast! Used it a couple of years ago and lost just under a stone, seems to be the only diet that works for me. Have tried many others, especially healthy eating but nothing seems to shift the pounds as quickly. I know some people are sceptical and see it as a quick fix, but I'm hoping once I've lost the weight it will be an incentive to keep it off!

Started a new plan today and determined to stick to it, I would love to be able to lose 2 stone by Christmas! Need motivation to stick to it properly though :s Been using the Tesco version 'Ultraslim' as I prefer the taste so let's hope it works just as well.

Have signed up for the October challenge as an incentive and am aiming for 12lbs weight loss by Halloween!

First day done, not too difficult - took a lot of coffee though!

Breakfast: 1 Chocolate Ultraslim (215 cals)
Lunch: 1 Chocolate Ultraslim (215 cals)
Dinner: Turkey Kofte Kebabs (grilled) with couscous and falafel(approx 650 cals)
Snacks: None

Total cals: 1080

Well done on your first day. Good luck with your goals, lots of people on here use ultraslim rather than slimfast so your not alone.

Second day today, went out and stocked up big time on the Ultra Slim!

Thanks for the support Kazzy, knowing I'm publishing pretty much everything I eat definitely makes me think twice!

Breakfast: 1 Chocolate Ultraslim (215 cals)
Snacks: 3 x Chicken Cup Soup (100 cals each)
3 x mini cookies (37 cals each) :s
Dinner: Last night's leftover's! (approx 650 cals)

Total cals: 1276

If I hadn't eaten those mini cookies I'd be under my 1200 target!

Having the support here is a great help,,, especially when having a bad day and you know other people are going through the same thing and your not alone.
I tend not to publish my calories i just ramble on more about feelings and what ive been up to exercise and food wise lol especially at weekends when i blow it all and turn into a party animal lol

hey livz, nice to see youve done a diary, everyones are different and everyone records different things, writing everything you eat at first is a good idea as you can get a hold of cals in things and look back if you have a bad week and maybe see what you can change.
