I asked tonight got my pedometer but aparently they dont give it out to week 9 and theyve stopped doing the band!

It was strange us talking about pedometers got one tonite during the class. Think I will stick to my own its more accurate...

i asked about the freebies for Lite members too, but apparently its just for Total members.

I smiled sweetly and got the swiss ball and pedometer. So far I have sat on the ball in front of the telly and the pedometer confirmed that I am not walking enough on a dialy basis!!
