    Hi,
    Only me again.
I am due to finish LLL in 5 weeks and can only do first week of LLL RTM. As am off on holiday to India.
I was going to go on holiday and continue to do food packs by day and lowish carb evening meal.
What I am wondering is do you think it is possible when I come back to then do the LLL RTM cos in India you dare not eat salad and there really is not the veg we are have served in restaurants. I will not have much choice other than to eat a lot of chicken dishes but keep carbs to a minimum.
I am really not sure what to do, so any advice is most welcome.

Firstly well done on your loss this week, can you believe that we have both lost a stone each in 1 month; how great is that!
It looks like you will easily be at your target weight by the time you go to India. Its a difficult call, on the one hand its your holiday and on the other you dont want to undo all your good work. If it was me, I would do the packets and have the best meal available(as near to LL choices as poss; but remeber to treat yourself too) after all it is your holiday. x

I agree - enjoy, but be careful. You don't want to put all the weight back, and it might go back quickly if we start eating carbs. again. India sounds lovely - would love to go. Are you doing the touring?

    Thanks to all.
I was so confused whether to do RTM or not. I have decided not to as I can take slimfast or whatever to Goa to have during the day and have very low carb evening meal.
Also I am a bit peeved as I thought that the RTM was included in the eight week course and only learned yesterday that on top of that it will cost me more money to do the four week RTM.
My husband is very down due to health reasons so I maxed the credit card to pay for holiday, so on that basis I will spend the RTM money in Goa having a damn good time.
Mumbles Goa is great. Go if you can. And get your ticker up girl. x

hi everyone - thanks Gasoline!! it does feel great. When I get up in the morning, i wonder if I can manage another day, once lunchtime is gone it's fine! I've found the drink crystals a BIG help too, water is a pleasure now. It does feel good I must admit. I'm looking forward to actually seeing myself getting thinner, at the moment it just doesn't show.
Can't do the ticker thing - I'll have another go now. Suepass - had your message, will answer I promise. I think the Slimfast is a good idea, I've been thinking about that myself, after LLL days. I like the shakes very much. Well done everyone.
