Just back off a 2 week holiday and I have nothing sw friendly in my cupboards until my shopping arrives tomorrow... Hubby just decided to make make a curry using the Lloyd G sauce and some week old potatoes which were in the veggie draw...
I haven't eaten today so hoping this isn't to bad but does anyone have an idea of the syns in this please?

Which one was it? They're all pretty high in syns, with the Korma one at 52 syns for a 425g jar!

The Korma one is 145 calories per 100g which makes it 7.5 syns per 100g or 30 syns for the 425g jar. Still high but not as high as 52 syns.

To the OP, you can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 calories as sauces do not qualify for a free food allowance.
