Hi Everyone hope you all had a fab Xmas and are looking forward to the new year. My gym has been closed for 17 days for refurb and was meant to open today which it has not done!!! I have dropped off the PAC with the weight loss and gained 5lb which I only have myself to blame! Anyway it all starts again now.

Had a fab return to the gym over the last couple of weeks and am now 19st 10lb so over the moon with the progress.
