So Day 1 of kicking myself up the butt.

1 x rubarb and custard shake
1 x cookies and cream shake

2 x slimsip

Alot of water......

Nothing else, probably should have tried harder to fit in a third shake, will make a point of having all 3 the next day! I just kind of felt awash with liquid and didnt want to be constantly getting up all night to pee.
 
Day 2 was....

Golden syrup porridge
Lemon cheesecake shake
Butterscotch delight

Lots of water and a few black teas
 
Day 3

Golden syrup porridge
Sweet and sour noodles
And i have a cinnamon shake for dinner time!
2 slim sips
Lots of water

The slim sips make a difference once you get over the weird poop they create!

Super quick update, diet temporarily paused due to medical complications.

Unfortunately I have multiple autoimmune issues and have developed a bowel problem where im passing a fair amount of blood.
To ensure the diet or the undigestable fibre in slim sips arent the source, im temporarily off diet.

Hopefully not for too long, Im desperate to get back at it asap.
