ohhhh good luck - i am a nightmare if i am 100% good i am good but as soon as i have one "naughty thing" i want more!
 
ended up just snacking constantly yesterday - all meat and fish so all okay foods but i felt a bit sick by 9pm!!! bit too much protein i think!

Tuesday - Green

Brekkie: 4 x slices of wholemeal nimble (HEB1 and 2) spread (4 syns) marmite, tea with milk from HEa1 (will have the rest later for a options hot choc) and 2 sugars (2 syns)

Snack: 2 x weight watchers citrus yogurts

Lunch: Batchelors cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce and cherry tomatoes

Dinner: jacket potatoes cut into wedges with mushy peas and eggs in fry light, ketchup (3 syns)

Snack: options hot choc (2 syns) made with milk from HEa1

Wednesday - Green

Brekkie: 2 x weetabix (HEB1) and semi skimmed milk (HEA1)

Snacks: Tea and Coffee with 2 sugars and milk (7 syns)

Lunch: savoury rice, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, salad leaves, sweetcorn, 3 x babybel (HEA2)

Dinner: quorn mince with passata, herbs, chopped toms, worcester sauce and pasta - this was HORRIBLE so had an options hot choc (2 syns) and 2 choc alpen bars instead (HEB2)

Thrsday - Red

Brekkie: bacon and eggs with tomato sauce (2 syns) tea with milk (from HEA1) and 1 sugar (1 syn)

Lunch: Mackerel, salmon, salad leaves and boiled eggs

Snacks: weight watchers yogurts, grapes, strawberries

Dinner: gammon steak, stir fry veg with soy sauce and chilli flakes

Snack: options hot choc with rest of milk from HEA1

3 syns and no HEBs - need to sort that out as the day goes on!
