I'll have just returned from Marrakech, but I should be OK to go as I'm always in London on August Bank Holiday weekend.

I'll be 30 yrs old by then ... gulp!

just to add ,carnival isnt on the saturday only sunday and monday so it will be fine, central london wont be affected by carnival except it may be a bit quieter than usual on those 2 days
mass exodus in the other direction you see LOL

I'm afraid I'll only be able to make it during the day now, but if others want to go out for the evening I'm sure you'll still have a great time.

If there aren't too many who can make it, maybe we should postpone it till later in the year - or even early next year - when more people might be available?

I think you're right Sharon,
Looks like there are so few of us interested now it may be better to plan for a later date and think about where to go in the evening a little earlier.

I agree too, Tish. Maybe best to leave it for now and re-arrange perhaps early in the New Year when there's less going on - and more to look forward to

Sounds like the best thing to do.... I think the Brum one will be a biggie so hopefully i'll get to meet you lot there - Brum was my first ever meet and it is FANTABULOUS!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend it!
