Northwood hills. Have u lost much weight?

About a stone and a half since the 7th of July. Got lots more to lose but just looking forward to losing a little bit each week. How much have you managed so far?

I started off just over ten stone went down to 9.4 but put on 4 pounds lately so I've not lost much at all lol :-(

Anything off is good and you dont have that much to lose. You'll do it.

It sounds like I don't have a lot to lose but in person I look like I got a pregnant belly lol x

Hehe. I do too! Lol. It's great on long bus journeys ... just rub your back and get offered a seat! ;-) hehe. Seriously though, little by little the weight will go.

Nope. I do it from home. Wi on sunday with my trusty scales and use minimins and the ww site for inspiration. Used to go to meetings just dont have time these days.

Oh my scales at home r deffo not trusty lol. So I go sw weekly and I love it x

Hi, did you guys ever manage a London meet? I've just moved back to London recently and I'd definitely be interested! I live in Surrey at the mo (though I'm a north London girl at heart!) and work in Ealing.

Heya. Im 33 doing weight watchers too (well trying to at the mo! Lol)

heya girls im on low carbs diet but i say diet but its me eating anything i want as long as i wont cross 60-70g carbs a day, daily allowance based on 1000 kcal diet is 150g. So i eat lots of fish n meat n salads, soups, n almost at all pasta, potatoes or bread.

I love London. whenever we, hubby an I, visit we stay in the docklands by the city airport. We do the usual touristy stuff. The last time, couple of weeks ago, we went to see example at Earls Court and did some shopping in Westfiedlds Stratford. My favourite part is southbank in the run up to Christmas - I love the markets!
