i often have 'cheesy mess' when i get home from nightshift, always starving!

it's meats (depending whats in the fridge, bacon, salami, chorizo, corned beef, etc,) with a chopped spring onion, 2 cherry toms, and cubes of cheese, zapped in the micro for a couple of mins, then mayo on top, its yum! off to bed with that and a cup of tea, usually sleep great :)
