Just wondering if anyone has had any long term success with this diet? I'm contemplating giving sf a go as I have tried every other diet going but become completely obsessed by what food I can and can't have etc. Then because I keep thinking about food I just want to eat (don't know if anyone else has found this). I know I wouldn't beable to stick with a complete meal replacement plan so thought this maybe the next best thing. Any advice, ideas, comments would be much appreciated.
