Hello folks
some of you may remember me.. some may not.. i did cd at the start of this year but had a break over summer due to having so much on and really mucking about on it for a few months and going no where..
well i have put on 5lb on my 2 month break which is ok i guess and i am ready to start again. i am due to join at the start of next month however i still have something on every wknd till October i feel i will be able to get on with the plan ok. So just wanted to say hi and looking forward to starting again and getting the rest of my weight off (4 stone!!) xxxxx

Welcome back! When you think on Cambridge we can lose close to 5lbs in a week you did BRILLIANTLY to only gain 5lbs in 2 months. That's a HUGE acheivement in itself. Good luck with your re-start! xx
