Long way to go...

    Hello everyone my names kurtis. Im 32 stone and 23 years old. My weight has really hit home this year after various hospital admissions and now its time to change. I dont really know where to start. I cant exercise much. I have changed my old bad eating habbits *Takeaways every week. Junk food ect* Its funny..i was a smoker for 11 years and found that easier to give up then stopping junk food lol..My Cholestrol is ok apparently at 4.2 altough i dont see how given my weight. My wife rosie posts on here and told me its a good place for tips and support. so hi :D

    Welcome Kurtis! You've come to the right place there's plenty of plans to chose from if you want to follow one and loads of supportive people!
    I'd suggest walking at first, if you can't exercise much, just as far as you can and then gradually increase it, just push yourself a little further than you think you can go and it'll drop off! Drink plenty of water, and adjust food intake for your activity level. Good luck on your journey! I'm sure you'll be a great success! :)
