Long winded first post

Registered on here last week, and thought I’d post after I had weighed myself after 9 days. I am trying SW from home, my wife got the books for me that came with the Mirror. I also have a 2011 SW pack arriving from a friend today. At the moment time dictates I cannot get to a meeting, but after the first weeks showing it may not be too long before I end up going !! I have noted all the food I have eaten since Friday 13th Jan and after weighing myself this morning have shown a 3lbs weight gain. I feel like I have done/followed what I should, there may be something I am missing, I am open to suggestions.

Fri 13th
B Muller light & apple
L Medium jacket spud/sweetcorn/tuna/tomato/cucumber (no butter or mayo)
D 2 egg omelette/ham/peppers/onion & tomato. Pudd – melon & apple.
Extras : 1 bottle Magners/2 x digestives. Apple/banana & veg oxo cube.
Exercise – 20 mins bike/15 mins stepper & 30 mins light weights at the gym

Sat 14th
B 2 slices x wholemeal bread toasted
L Apple/Banana/Satsuma
D Lean pork stir fry (used the low cal oil spray) & 1 portion of the egg noodles. Veg peppers, carrots, bean sprouts, onion, courgette. Pudd – Muller light & Orange
Extras - 1 bottle magners
Exercise – 18 holes of golf carrying my bag (reason for the small lunch)

Sun 15th
B 2 x slices wholemeal bread toasted
L Boiled egg/tomato/cucumber/couscous/onion. Apple & banana.
D Cottage pie/lean mince & carrots. Pudd 1 x meringue nest & muller light.
Extras – more fruit orange/melon. 2 x digestives.
Exercise – gym again. 20 mins bike/15 mins stepper. 30 mins light weights.

Mon 16th
B Muller light & banana
L 2 slices wholemeal bread/tomato/cucumber/pepper/3 slices lean ham. Apple & orange. Veg oxo.
D 2 egg omelette weighed cheese & added pepper/cucumber/tomato/onion. Pudd a digestive and an apple.
Exercise – usual gym workout.

Tues 17th
B banana
L couscous/cucumber/tomato/onion/pepper/tuna. Apple & orange. Beef oxo.
D Gammon (grilled) & a boiled egg. Large salad. Pudd muller light with an apple.

Wed 18th
B Friut salad
L Jacket spud. Sweetcorn & tuna. With 1tblsp e/l mayo. Apple & banana. 1 x veg oxo
D Ate out tonight. Tried to be good. Penne pasta & spicy tomato sauce. Tomato & basil salad no oil. 2 x fizzy water to drink.
Exercise – usual gym

Thurs 19th
B apple
L boiled egg/2 x slices wholemeal/ tomato/cucumber/onion & pepper. Fruit salad.
D Chicken breast/ veggies (steamed) . Muller light & digestive. Orange.

Fri 20th
B Fruit salad
L Jacked spud (2 x small) tuna & cucumber. Tbl spoon mayo (e/l). apple & banana.
D Chilli & rice (e/lean mince). Muller light & more fruit salad.
No gym tonight had a bit of man flu J. 1 x oxo beef.

Sat 21st
B Fresh pineapple
L finished off chilli from last night (small dish)
D Prawn curry out of the book. With 1 x nest of noodles. 1 x muller light.
Exercise – 18 holes of golf. Carrying bag.
Banana & apple.
1 x bottle Aspalls cider.

Sun 22nd
B fresh pineapple
L 2 x wholemeal bread. Boiled egg & large salad. Veg oxo.
D Chicken breast & stuffing. Boiled spuds/carrots/broccoli. Meringue nest, & fresh pineapple & fat free danone yog.
Exercise – usual gym.

I take most of my milk through tea & coffee. Sorry if it’s long winded, like I say there’s probably a reason why I’ve put on a bit. Any thoughts and advice would be welcome.
