Looking for a group in Colchester/Sudbury areas

I've lost almost 7 stone with slimming world but I'm stuck now losing and gaining the same stone. I need more help with portion control and thinking of having a fresh start with ww. Can anyone recommend a motivating positive leader in the Sudbury or Colchester areas. Many thanks

Hello. I am Colchester. I go to Monday group down Canterbury road! She has been very inspirational. I didn't like the leader which is a Wednesday group so changed!!
