Can anyone help me, please? I got to goal in 1981 and have been looking for a copy of the program I used without success. I’ve tried Google and eBay, so wondered if anyone here might be able to help.
The meat eaters’ version was in a pink booklet, and the veggie one, the one I’d like most, was in a green booklet. The cook book is simply called ‘The Food Plan’ and has the meaty version listed, and while I think I remember the veggie version, I’d love a copy of the booklet.
I’m willing to buy it and cover any costs if anyone can help please, but even a PDF would be great.
