That is bloody amazing acheivement. Did you happen to exercise on your journey? Is that why your loss was constant? How many littres of water did you drink? How many packs were you eating per day? So many questions i know, sorry.

I did a bit of cycling at the beginning but soon got bored with that!! But started going to Jazzercise about june time ...I now go twice a week and love it!!

So really the loss has nothing to do with the exercise....it's just a fab diet that you can't help but lose weight on (but only when you stick to it..lol)

I drink 5 to 6 litres of water a day...and 3 packs. I always split the first one of the day and have half at about 8am and the other half at about 2pm (infact got it now...lol)

Then I have a frozen banana tetra about 7pm and my final pack of the day about 10pm.
