Loosing the " I want"

Ha ha, I have just posted a very similar post. Im finding it hard at times, but then I guess my body is eating itself -yuk. So it is going to demand sugar and fat at times. Hugs to you, lets hope time passes quickly. I know i cannot cheat when im like this as it would be a full on binge!

When do you loose the wanting/thinking of food, my craving arn't strong as am in ketosis but further on does the appeal for food go? xxx

I'm not sure it ever will. Giving something up, no matter what, won't stop you craving it. It's all about conquering these feelings with wanting to be thinner more. When the cravings are at their absolute strongest then get off side.

Even when goals are reached temptations will remain but you need to think about the time you were forced into this diet and think is it really worth those extra few portions ? I've still a long way to go but I'm trying to change my entire mental thinking about food.
