Losing focus

For the last couple of weeks I have only followed the plan half heartedly and because of this I had a half a pound gain yesterday. I am so annoyed but realise why which is good and am 100% back on track now.
It is scarey how quickly a gain can appear though, the week before I was worried because I had over indulged because of my daughter's birthday and then I had not kept a check on things this week so I guess half a pound was good really.
I have wasted 2 weeks of dieting though and am annoyed with myself for this.
So, its back to writing everything down, weighing what needs to be weighed and counting syns.

Hi Huni. I had a feeling that something was up, as we havent seen as many posts from you as usual.
I hope that everything is ok and that you are not back on track.
Dont worry about the little gain, you can loose that in half a week at least!!!

Thank you, it wasn't helped by the fact that my lifeline online wasn't working and I was having a nitemare trying to work out syns etc. It has decided to work again today so thats a good sign and I feel so much better on track.
