Losing on 1000?

I'm going to start moving up the plans mid-end July so I'm used to eating foods when I go on holiday so I don't pile it all on.

Just wondering if you had got to goal when you moved up to 1000, or how much you had less to lose? Did you still have consistent losses?

Likewise on 1200 and 1500?

I imagine I'll have about half a stone left to lose when I move to 1000, after a few weeks on 810 starting next week.

I've just had fourth weigh-in on 1000 plan. Lost 3lbs weeks one, STS week two, -6lbs week three, -4lbs this week! It works!

Gone from 13st 8lb to 12st 6lb, [lost another 3lb since the post above] and have 24lb left to lose. I've been exercising hard as well as doing the diet, which is one of the reasons why I'm not keen to step down to a plan with less food.
