To be honest it really does differ person to person like all diets do. I tend to lose 2-3lbs a week even when I have blips (although I expect a bad wi tomorrow). I do think exercise increases the losses and am quite happy with a slow but steady loss. I'm hoping it means I will find it easier to keep it off and try to combat that loose saggy skin.
