I'm really pleased, I saw the number 18 on the scales this week!!!!

I lost 6lbs, and now weigh 18 stone 9lbs - total loss of 4 stone 9 lbs, in 3 months!

Am really pleased. Look forward to hitting the 5 stone mark!! woohoo!
