thanks guys... it is very difficult at time but with encouragement from you and the rest of the forum I'll give it my best shot.... we were all talking about food in our house you see, and my tummy was growling...that was the first time I felt tempted... just drinking my strawberry shake. Can't wait til I can have the BARS, my cdc said I could have them after two weeks....can't wait.
