Lovely mock meat low cal recipes

Lots of lovely veggie recipes here Strictly Veggie – recommended recipes with Quorn, mock duck and other meat substitutes. I've cooked a lot of the Indian dishes and they are all pretty low fat (have to watch the cream ones which I replaced with yoghurt/creme fraiche).

Do they have the syns for mock duck and other meat substitutes etc. TVP I know about but not the other things.
I live for a few months of the year in India and am veggie but only use vegetables and pulses for my meals and not subsitutes as the syn values are not easily available.
