Just wanted to say how much I am enjoying myself this week even though I am only a few days in!

Had a delicious, healthy breakfast (portabella mushrooms topped with scrambled eggs with salad) this morning and feeling very happy about it all. Normally I would have skipped breakfast and ended up stuffing a sandwich and packet of crisps down around 11am!

Really, really hope I can feel this motivated at least most of the time and very much hoping that I do lose weight this week too!! Finding this site soooooo good for tips, info and motivation too :D

It is a brilliant feeling isn't it?

I have been doing SW for 18 months and even after a short blip, I still feel totally motivated because if you follow your plan, you lose weight, you need never be hungry and yes, I agree with you,this site is what has made the difference to me between dieting now and in the past. There is always someone to encourage you, guide you, give you the benefit of their experience.

Good luck. I think you will make it and stay here with us. So many fall by the way side.
